Doug and Dave are both natives of Cody and started working together at Gail Construction in 1975. After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Doug followed his education into the petroleum and environmental industries and has significant experience in the project management and business aspects of these industries. Dave continued his employment at Gail Construction, and as one of the lead foremen, became the cornerstone of Gail Construction. Upon Park's death in 2001, Doug and Dave decided to continue the Gail Construction tradition in forming Gail Construction LLC. Doug is responsible for the business operations of Gail Construction LLC and Dave, as a licensed contractor in the State of Wyoming (# 001472), is responsible for construction operations
